The School of the Arts of Boston University was where she first began to establish the foundations for the remainder in her career as an actor. Noureen's career began when she finished her degree. She started auditioning for different roles. She gained a leading role in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festival events around the world.
