Noureen deWulf is a native of New Yorker born on the 28th of February, 1984. The actress has always expressed an interest in becoming an actress. While attending Boston University School of the Arts the actress began laying the basis of her career. After graduating Noureen started to audition for roles in various films. The year 2005 saw her was cast in an important role for the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various other film festivals across the globe following the premiere of Sundance Film Festival 2005. It also won the Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards. It also paved the path to Noureen DeWulf's future successes. In 1996, her performance in American Beauty brought her worldwide appreciation and recognition in 1999. After that, she appeared on the screen in Ghost World (2001), the film was met with great acclaim and earned her a Golden Globe nod.
