Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984 in New York City. Her passion for acting was never fading. being an actress. She began laying the groundwork for her professional career while she attended the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen began to audition for roles after graduating. The year 2005 saw her got her first role as a key character in an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals across the globe.
